We will send you the template for approval before we begin crafting your custom jacket. Once approved, our skilled tailors will start working on your unique piece. 1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high volume periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times:


  • United States: 6–12 business days

  • Canada, UK, Europe: 6–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–15 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs procedures.

3. Express Shipping

We also offer Express Shipping options at checkout (where available).

Delivery usually takes 4–6 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your order directly through our website or the carrier’s website.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

SATH is not responsible for these charges if they are applied — they are your responsibility as the customer.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

7. Incorrect Address

Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
