Don’t worry if you have a specific design in mind for your jacket. Simply share your design with us, and our team will create a template according to your specifications. We will send you the template for approval before we begin crafting your custom jacket. Once approved, our skilled tailors will start working on your unique piece. Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high volume periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery times:
United States: 6–12 business days
Canada, UK, Europe: 6–12 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 8–14 business days
Rest of the World: 10–15 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs procedures.
3. Express Shipping
We also offer Express Shipping options at checkout (where available).
Delivery usually takes 4–6 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order directly through our website or the carrier’s website.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
SATH is not responsible for these charges if they are applied — they are your responsibility as the customer.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at sathbyhr@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you received free shipping, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
